Drinks Well With Otters is a soft and pillowy double IPA featuring Galaxy, Simcoe and El Dorado hops. Expect intense flavors of orange zest, ripe pineapple and peach. This is Westbrook's second beer brewed in partnership with the South Carolina Aquarium. A portion of the proceeds from this beer go towards their conservation programs.

Bellissimo is an homage to a special type of Pilsner first introduced by Agostino Arioli, the founder of Birrificio Italiano near Lake Como, Italy. Unlike traditional German or Czech-style Pilsners, Italian-style Pilsners are unique in that they are dry-hopped with German noble hop varieties that feature spicy, herbal, and floral aromas, imparting hop aroma while not increasing bitterness. Bellissimo Italian-style Pilsner is based on German malts and classic Lager yeast. Five weeks of cold conditioning results in a crisp, malt-forward Pilsner base complemented by the floral hop aromas produced by the aforementioned dry-hopping process. One of the reasons VBC chose the name “Bellissimo” is that we find Italian-style Pilsners to be a very beautiful take on the Pilsner style. A collaboration with Williamsburg pizzeria Bellisimo Pizza.

Nuclear Nugget is a hop bomb. It’s not delicate or subtle. What it is is a hop-head’s dream fulfilled. Nugget explodes with flavor notes of citrus, flowers (Centennial) and strong herbal and spice notes (Nugget). Key Lime Pi is a pastry sour inspired by the ratio of the circumference of the best dessert (key lime pie, obviously) to the diameter of that same pie. To create this delectable dessert delight we started with our base sour beer and employed an extremely advanced, complex brewing technique called “buying a bunch of key lime pies and putting them into the beer.”

Imperial Porter Brewed with Maple Syrup (Bourbon Barrel-Aged)
ABV: 12.1% Malt: 2-Row, White Wheat, Honey Malt, Munich, Black Malt, Smoked Malt, Chocolate Malt, Aromatic, C-120 Adjuncts: Maple Syrup
Black Maple is an Imperial porter with deep nutty notes, a touch of smoked malt, a melange of crystal malts, and a rich chocolate backbone. Locally harvested maple syrup from Sticky Pete’s was added to the kettle. The whole batch was then placed into bourbon barrels where it rested for 10 months.
ABV: 11.3% Malt: 2-Row, Munich, Rye, Wheat Malt, Chocolate Malt, Special B, Flaked Oats, Black Malt, Roasted Barley Adjuncts: Brown Sugar

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Baltic Porter with Roasted Coffee

Hardywood Bourbon Barrel Baltic Sunrise is a robust Baltic Porter with an invigorating aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Full-bodied and rich, Bourbon Barrel Baltic Porter is nuanced with hints of dark cherry that meld beautifully with a rounded chocolate malt backbone. Months of maturation in bourbon barrels lend a comforting warmth that is followed by toasted oak and a balanced touch of vanilla for a smooth finish.
Hardywood Baltic Sunrise is conditioned on locally roasted coffee beans from Black Hand Coffee Company in Richmond, VA. Baltic Porter is an invigorating, full-bodied lager with a bold aroma of freshly brewed coffee preceding notes of bittersweet chocolate, hints of dark cherry, and a malty, smooth finish.

An Ohio native fruit, the Paw Paw is a relative of tropical fruit trees; however, it grows in temperate climates and produces a one of a kind experience with flavors of mango, banana, and a touch of melon.
